Once a consultation has been provided or styling recommendations have been delivered, the service is considered complete. However, we offer several options to ensure your satisfaction with the results.

Service Satisfaction Guarantee

We stand behind the quality of our styling services. If you are not satisfied with the recommendations or consultation you received, please contact us within 14 days of service delivery. We will work with you to understand your concerns and find a suitable resolution, which may include:

  • Additional consultation time to address your specific concerns
  • Revised recommendations based on your feedback
  • Credit towards future services
  • Partial refund for services that did not meet expectations

Cancellation Before Service Delivery

Consultations and Appointments

You may cancel or reschedule a booked consultation under the following conditions:

  • Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the scheduled appointment will receive a full refund
  • Cancellations made between 24 and 48 hours before the appointment will receive a 50% refund
  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment are non-refundable
  • Rescheduling requests made more than 24 hours in advance can be accommodated without penalty

Package Services

For package services that include multiple consultations or deliverables:

  • Full refund is available if cancellation is requested before any services have been delivered
  • Partial refund may be available for unused portions of multi-session packages
  • The refund amount will be calculated based on the services already rendered

Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be considered in the following circumstances:

  • Service was not delivered as described in the booking confirmation
  • Technical issues on our end prevented service delivery
  • Significant deviation from the agreed scope of services
  • Documented dissatisfaction communicated within 14 days of service delivery

Non-Refundable Items

  • No-shows for scheduled appointments without prior notice
  • Dissatisfaction due to personal preference changes after service delivery
  • Third-party products or items purchased based on our recommendations
  • Gift certificates or promotional credits

Refund Processing

Once a refund is approved:

  • Refunds will be processed using the original payment method
  • Credit card refunds typically appear within 5-10 business days
  • Bank transfer refunds may take up to 14 business days
  • You will receive email confirmation when the refund is processed

Service Credits

In some cases, we may offer service credits instead of monetary refunds. Service credits:

  • Are valid for 12 months from the date of issue
  • Can be applied to any of our styling services
  • Are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash
  • Cannot be combined with other promotional offers unless specified

Disputes and Resolution

If you are not satisfied with the outcome of your refund request, you may request a review by our management team. Please submit your appeal in writing within 7 days of receiving our initial response.
